Occupational Health Mentorship
Since Melanie entered the workforce in 2013, she noticed the importance of finding individual alignment within work, health and relationships for stress management and personal development. Only through finding individual self-help tools for body-mind-heart alignment while integrating them into our work, health and relationships will we be able to keep stress at a minimum and develop ourselves to be leaders of our own lives (whether that be at home or at work!). For this reason, she developed this 8-week mindfulness and embodiment program to help teams and individuals to build emotional intelligence, create compassion and understanding within relationships, improve communication with themselves and others, and develop body-mind connection.

Who this offering is for
- Are you having mood swings and multiple energy shifts throughout the day?
- Do you have a hard time moving through, understanding and/or allowing your emotions?
- Do your relationships at home or at work struggle due to communication issues?
- Are you feeling overburdened at home or at work, and having a hard time in finding your purpose and meaning within it?
- Do you want to feel empowered in your communication with yourself and with others through tools that are always of access to you?
- Do you dream of being a leader for visionaries and progressive thinkers?
The offering consists of an online experiential learning journey through your emotions. You will find yourself develop a connection to your self and body, learn about non-violent communication, explore your thoughts and beliefs, discover your relationships with a new lens, find and utilize your voice and receive tools to continue the process outside of this space.
What you can expect
An 8-week personal development program where each session consists of 1-1.5 hours. All sessions except for the Integrative session are held within a group and online.

Deep Listening session
Within this session, you will be welcomed into the space through sharing and placing the initial seeds for developing a connection to yourself.
3 Yoga-Inspired Dance sessions
Here, each session will dive into a different emotion, for example it could be anger, love or courage. In the session we will create a safe space to feel these emotions and discover the thoughts and beliefs behind them.
2 Holistic Cooking sessions
In these sessions, we will explore our relationship to fear and joy through a holistic cooking class. Very often our relationship with food very closely resembles our relationship with ourselves and others
Integrative session
In this last session of the program, you will have a 1-on-1 with Melanie, where she will help you reconnect to where you are at since your recent teachings and guide you into applying your new discovered tools into your own relationships and environments.
