1-on-1 Healthcare mentorship
I designed this offering when I first started working as an Integrative Health Practitioner in 2016. My knowledge and understanding of conventional medicine and health treatment processes disconnecting mind from body, together with witnessing the pitfalls of patient care and engagement, led me to develop this offering early on.

Through building your Body Quotient aka Body-Mind Intelligence, this offering will help you to regain trust in your body and self, become empowered in your decisions and create sustainable changes for healing and transformation. This offering consists of six 1-on-1 sessions where we dive deep into the Body Quotient Method.
What you can expect
An 8-week transformational program where each session consists of 1-1.5 hours. Deep Listening sessions and Integrative sessions are 1-on-1 and online. All other sessions are group sessions and either online or in-person. The location of your group sessions depends on your application results.
Deep Listening session
Here I welcome you to the experiential learning space and gather your personal health story. Together we will find purpose and meaning within it.
Nutrition consulting session
In this session I will help you find your nutritional foundation, debunk nutrition myths, simplify your food choices and dive into your relationship with food.
Holistic cooking session
In this session, we will cook whole, plant-based foods while exploring and deepening your relationship with your body and food.
Yoga-inspired dance session
Here, I will guide you through a movement practice where we will create space for our emotions, thoughts and beliefs in connection to our health journey. The practice begins and ends with a yoga flow or yin yoga (depending on the theme of the session) to guide you in and out of the dance. The dance itself is an ecstatic, free movement dance session.
Mindful & Embodiment coaching session
Here, we learn about mindfulness and embodiment tools to help you integrate medical and health advice.
Integrative session
This is our last session together. Here we will revisit what you have learned so far, and I will help you reconnect to where you are at since learning your new tools. I will also guide you into a sustainable journey so you can continue to apply the teachings and tools outside of this experiential learning space.

Investment in Self
Depending on your location the sessions can be held either online or in-person. Each session consists of 1-1.5 hours. The order of the sessions above are not fixed, Deep Listening sessions are always first, but afterwards the sessions’ order will be customized to your specific needs.
