My method in movement form
A customizable workshop
This movement practice comes from my love and passion for dance. In my darkest moments I always found myself back in dance. Here I could find clarity, allowance and acceptance of my process and journey. For this reason after learning psychosomatic and embodiment techniques through becoming a yoga instructor and dance therapist, I decided to unify yoga and dance to provide individuals a space and movement practice to witness their inner world. A perfect playground to experience the space of where science meets art.

What you can expect
A 4-hour customizable workshop for simply yourself, with a group of friends or for your team. Sessions are held at your desired location.
A ceremonial space with essential oils and crystals
In order to welcome you into this space, I create a safe and cozy environment for you. It will encompass blankets, pillows, tea, nice smells and colors.
Meditation, oracle cards and guidance
The session begins with a grounding meditation to connect to your body and breath. Oracle cards are then utilized to create intention for your session where we will also begin to practice mindfulness. I will support you here in this process.
Supportive music and movements
After we set our intentions we will begin with yoga-inspired dance. The movement practice begins and ends with either yin yoga or yoga flow depending on your needs or the needs of the group. In between I will then guide you into the dance and your own inner worlds. The full movement practice lasts for about 1-1.5 hours.
Journaling and grounding snacks
After the movement practice you will have space to journal your insights or share your insights over some grounding wholesome snacks.
